Privacy policy

WiseAI Agency is the meta-brand under which we build and operate AI agents for service businesses. The legal entity behind the brand is ChurchWiseAI LTD, a Canadian corporation. References below to “we,” “us,” or “the Agency” mean ChurchWiseAI LTD operating under the WiseAI Agency name.

This policy covers data we collect on wiseaiagency.com. Each vertical brand we operate (ChurchWiseAI, FuneralWiseAI, SermonWise, PewSearch, IllustrateTheWord) has its own privacy policy that governs product data. See “Vertical products” below.

• Contact form submissions — name, email, company or vertical of interest, the message you write.
• Sales chatbot conversations — the messages you send to our in-page assistant, plus the model’s responses. We retain these to improve the assistant and to follow up if you ask us to.
• Demo bookings — when you book through our Cal.com link, Cal collects your name, email, and chosen time. We receive a notification with the same fields.
• Standard request logs — IP address, user-agent, referrer, paths visited. Used for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate analytics.
• Privacy-respecting analytics — Vercel Web Analytics, which does not set tracking cookies and does not build cross-site profiles.

We do not collect financial data on this site. Payment processing happens on individual vertical brand sites and is handled by Stripe under their privacy practices.

• Respond to your inquiry or schedule a conversation.
• Improve the agency site, the sales chatbot, and the demo experience.
• Detect abuse and protect the integrity of the platform.
• Send follow-up email only when you ask us to — for example, after a contact form submission or demo booking. We do not run a marketing list off this site.

If you are a customer of one of our vertical brands, the privacy policy that governs your product data is the one published on that brand’s site:

These cover voice-call recordings, chatbot conversations on customer sites, congregational care messages, payment information, and similar product-specific data.

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data with vendors who help us operate the site:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics
• Supabase — database for contact submissions
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Cal.com — meeting scheduling
• Anthropic — primary language model behind the sales chatbot
• OpenAI — fallback / specialty model behind the sales chatbot

Each vendor processes data only to provide its service. We do not authorize secondary use.

• Contact submissions: 24 months, then deleted unless an active conversation is in progress.
• Sales chatbot transcripts: 12 months.
• Request logs: 90 days.
• Cal.com bookings: retained per Cal.com’s policy; the calendar event itself is deleted on completion.

Under PIPEDA (Canada), GDPR (EU/UK), and similar regimes, you have the right to access, correct, port, or delete personal data we hold about you. Email privacy@wiseaiagency.com with the request and reasonable verification. We respond within 30 days.

Conversations you have with our sales chatbot are not used to train third-party foundation models. We do not feed customer conversations into model training pipelines, and our LLM vendors (Anthropic, OpenAI) operate under enterprise terms that prevent them from training on our API traffic.

We may use anonymized or aggregated patterns from chatbot conversations to improve our own prompts and tools — never with content that could re-identify a specific visitor.

We use a minimal set of cookies. We do not run advertising trackers or behavioral profiles. Disabling cookies will not break the site.

wiseaiagency.com is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States (Vercel + Supabase, US-East). If you are accessing the site from outside the US, your data is transferred to the US. We rely on the standard contractual clauses our vendors offer where required.

When we make material changes, we update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, send a notice to active correspondents.
