Terms of service

These Terms apply when you use wiseaiagency.com or engage ChurchWiseAI LTD (operating as “WiseAI Agency”) for a custom build. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

wiseaiagency.com is a hub that explains what we build and routes prospects to the right vertical product. It is not the place where customer products are used or billed.

When you become a customer of one of our vertical brands (ChurchWiseAI, FuneralWiseAI, SermonWise, PewSearch, IllustrateTheWord), the terms that apply to your use of that product are the ones published on that brand’s site, plus any order form or subscription agreement you sign.

You agree not to use the site or our services to:

• Violate applicable law or another party’s rights;
• Probe, scan, or stress-test infrastructure without written permission;
• Scrape content at a rate that meaningfully degrades availability;
• Submit deliberately false information through the contact form or sales chatbot;
• Attempt to extract model prompts, training data, or proprietary configuration.

We occasionally accept custom builds in verticals we have not productized. Custom engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work that specifies scope, fees, deliverables, IP allocation, and term. This page does not by itself form a service agreement.

Conversations on this site, in the sales chatbot, or on a discovery call are non-binding until both parties sign a Statement of Work.

Booking a demo through our Cal.com link does not create any payment obligation. A demo is a sales conversation. We may follow up with you afterwards by email unless you ask us not to.

Our IP. The platform, prompts, tooling, code, brand assets, and vertical configurations are owned by ChurchWiseAI LTD and our vendors. We license you no rights beyond what is required to use this site.

Your content. Anything you send us through a contact form, chatbot conversation, or email remains yours. By sending it, you grant us a limited license to read, store, and respond to it for the purpose you sent it.

Custom build IP. Allocation of IP rights for custom engagements is set in the Statement of Work, not here.

The sales chatbot and demo agents on this site are AI systems. Their output is generated, not authored. We make a good-faith effort to keep the assistant accurate, but it can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Decisions you make based on chatbot output are your own.

Anything material — pricing, scope, timelines, technical commitments — should be confirmed in writing with us before you act on it.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly granted in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site or chatbot.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your use of this site (excluding paid product subscriptions and signed engagements, which are governed separately) is limited to one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the courts of Ontario, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms when our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
