You get a short written report — the workflows we recommend, what each costs to build, the hours we project you save per month, and the order to build them in. Read it, share it with your team, take a week if you want.

We build, you sign off

We build the first workflow on the same platform that runs our voice agent and chatbot. You test it before it touches a real customer. Sign off, we go live. Repeat for the rest of the report.

Ongoing care

The world changes (you add a service, swap a CRM, hire a new person). We tune the automations with you each month and you can always pause, swap, or kill any one of them. You are not handed a portal and left to manage it alone.
