About the builder
A software engineer who became a pastor. Now combining both.
I was a software engineer for 15 years and then became a pastor for 15 years. I strongly believe that I am called to use both of those experiences to help organizations use AI technology faithfully and well.
In my role as a pastor and hospital chaplain, I learned a lot about grief and how to support those going through it. I've had the great privilege to walk alongside families during their most difficult times of navigating the death of a beloved family member. That shaped the HEAR protocol that now powers every WiseAI agent -- Hear, Empathize, Advance, Respond. Not a script. A discipline from Clinical Pastoral Education and Stephen Leader training.
